I have to book an appointment for an estimate?
No.

I need to bring in any documentation?
Yes, Driving
licence if you are going to use a courtesy car. It could save
you some time if you have your vehicle insurance documents
with you inc. your policy number and company telephone number.

you charge for estimate?

Could
you give me an estimate over the phone?
No, we
have to see the damaged vehicle.

When
do I pay my excess?
When repairs
have been completed and prior to collection.
Who
do I pay my excess to?
The car
body repairer.
Do
I have to pay VAT on the repair cost (insurance claim)?
If you
are a VAT registered Company then you will be required to
pay the VAT element of the total repair bill prior to collection.
